Ansal Housing to issue 30,00,000 shares

Ansal Housing & Construction Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on November 21, 2006 has approved the following:

1. Issue of 30,00,000 Equity Shares on the basis of 'Qualified Institutions Placement' (QIP) contained in chapter XIIIA of the SEBI (DIP Guidelines), 2000.

2. The Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company has been convened on December 28, 2006 for the aforesaid purpose.
