RPG Life Sciences allots 21.38 lakhs warrants

RPG Life Sciences Ltd has announced that Committee of Directors (CoD) at its meeting held on March 30, 2009, has allotted 15,00,000 convertible warrants to Petrochem International Ltd and 6,38,000 convertible warrants to KEC Holdings Ltd, both Promoter Group Companies, on preferential basis, convertible into equivalent number of equity shares of face value of Rs 8/- each at a premium of Rs 15.70 per share, in one or more tranches, within 18 months from the date of allotment of the warrants.

The stock closed the day at Rs.23.75, up by Rs.0.25 or 1.06%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.25 and low of Rs.22.

The total traded quantity was 3081 compared to 2 week average of 5524.
