Jubilant Organosys repurchases FCCBs worth US$ 1.5 million

Jubilant Organosys Ltd has announced that the Company has bought back part of the Foreign Currency Convertible Bonds due 2011, amounting to US $ 1,500,000 at a discount, in compliance with RBI regulations and the same have been cancelled on March 27, 2009.

The stock was trading at Rs.93, down by Rs.2.50 or 2.62%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.95.50 and low of Rs.89.50.

The total traded quantity was 9069 compared to 2 week average of 117203.
