Asian Oilfield forfeits warrants

Asian Oilfield Services Ltd has announced that in terms of SEBI Guidelines for Preferential Issues and Notice of Extra Ordinary General Meeting, 28,65,556 partly paid up warrants allotted to 13 Holders, have been forfeited by the Board of Directors on March 17, 2009, due to non receipt of balance subscription price within the period of 18 months from the allotment date i.e. September 10, 2007.

The stock was trading at Rs.30.55, up by Rs.0.35 or 1.16%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.31.05 and low of Rs.29.35.

The total traded quantity was 5497 compared to 2 week average of 82440.
