H S India to to allot 3 lakh shares

H S India Ltd has announced that IFCI Ltd vide its letter dtd March 23, 2009 is agreeable to convert Rs 30 Lakhs out of Rs 188.10 Lakhs Optionally Fully Convertible Debentures (OFCDs), into 3 Lakhs Equity Shares of the Company payable at par subject to payment of balance amount of OFCDs i.e. Rs 158.10 lakh within 3 days. According Company has repaid balance amount of OFCDs forthwith to IFCI Ltd.

The stock was trading at Rs.6.07, up by Rs.0.52 or 9.37%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.6.07 and low of Rs.5.62.

The total traded quantity was 454 compared to 2 week average of 2804.
