Gulshan Polyols to consider forfeiture of warrants on Mar 31, 2009

Gulshan Polyols Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on March 31, 2009, to consider the Forfeiture of the Application money for non-payment of balance amount on Warrants and to consider the appointment of Mr. A K Vats as Whole Time Director.

The stock was trading at Rs.69.90, up by Rs.0.05 or 0.07%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.70 and low of Rs.67.60.
