Money Matters Financial Services approves allotment of 18000400 shares

Money Matters Financial Services Ltd has announced that, on receipt of approval of Basis of Allotment from the designated Stock Exchange, the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on March 27, 2009, inter alia, has approved the allotment of 1,80,00,400 equity shares of Rs 10 each for cash at par along with detachable warrants to the equity shareholders of the Company on rights basis.

The stock closed the day at Rs.59, down by Rs.3.10 or 4.99%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.59 and low of Rs.59.

The total traded quantity was 75 compared to 2 week average of 48.
