Shree Ram Mills approves warrants issue

Shree Ram Mills Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on March 27, 2009, inter alia, has decided to raise the fresh capital through the preferential issue of warrants. The terms and conditions of the warrants procedure will be decided in the next Board of Directors Meeting.

The stock closed the day at Rs.48, up by Rs.2 or 4.35%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.48.30 and low of Rs.47.

The total traded quantity was 27135 compared to 2 week average of 4567.
