Moser Baer India cancels 50 repurchased FCCBs

Moser Baer India Ltd has now announced with reference to the earlier announcement dated March 12, 2009, in relation to its repurchase of Foreign Currency Convertible Bonds ("FCCBs") The FCCBs were cancelled after the repurchase of 50 bonds under Tranche B on March 11, 2009. The Total consideration paid was (USD) 1,250,000.

The stock closed the day at Rs.45.40, up by Rs.0.85 or 1.91%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.46.10 and low of Rs.44.60.

The total traded quantity was 251752 compared to 2 week average of 443180.
