International Conveyors to consider conversion of warrants on Mar 30, 2009

International Conveyors Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on March 30, 2009, to consider issue of equity shares upon exercise of rights in the convertible warrants.

The stock closed the day at Rs.123, up by Rs.4.25 or 3.58%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.124 and low of Rs.112.85.

The total traded quantity was 551 compared to 2 week average of 427.
