GTL Infrastructure forfeits 46150000 warrants

GTL Infrastructure Ltd has announced that as per the terms of the Issue of Convertible Warrants on Preferential basis, the Committee of Directors (CoD) in their meeting held on March 24, 2009, have forfeited 4,61,50,000 Warrants issued on November 30, 2007 along with 10% of the consideration for non-payment of the remaining amount due in respect of the said 4,61,50,000 Warrants for which calls were made, as per the terms of the Issue.

The stock closed the day at Rs.28, down by Rs.0.30 or 1.06%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.28.70 and low of Rs.28.

The total traded quantity was 702807 compared to 2 week average of 615705.
