Ruchi Infrastructure Ltd cancels repurchased FCCBs

Ruchi Infrastructure Ltd has announced with reference to the earlier announcement dated March 18, 2009 in relation to repurchase of FCCBs of USD 15,000,000 by the Company, that these FCCBs have now been cancelled following the repurchase.

The stock closed the day at Rs.9.10, down by Rs.0.45 or 4.71%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.9.99 and low of Rs.9.08.

The total traded quantity was 1750 compared to 2 week average of 1272.
