Nagarjuna Agri Tech to consider conversion of warrants on Mar 26, 2009

Nagarjuna Agri Tech Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on March 26, 2009, inter alia, to discuss and approve the conversion of 4,04,700 share warrants (held by Subhkam Ventures (I) Pvt. Ltd) into equity shares of Rs 10/- each.

The stock closed the day at Rs.5.35, up by Rs.0.25 or 4.90%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.5.35 and low of Rs.5.35.
