Rajesh Strips EGM approves issue of 2.2 crore preference shares

Rajesh Strips Ltd has announced that the members at the Extra Ordinary General Meeting (EGM) of the Company held on March 23, 2009,, inter alia, have passed the resolution as circulated in EGM Notice dated February 23, 2009 and authorized the Board of Directors to issue and allot upto 2,20,00,000 (Two Crores Twenty Lacs) 8 % Redeemable Non Convertible Non Cumulative Preference Shares of Rs 10 each.

Accordingly the Board of Directors of the Company will meet on March 25, 2009 to act upon the resolution passed by the General meeting for allotment of Preference shares.
