Twentyfirst Century Management Services to consider preference shares issue

Twentyfirst Century Management Services Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on March 27, 2009, to discuss the outcome of the EGM to be held on March 23, 2009 with respect to the issue of Redeemable Non-convertible Preference Shares on Preferential basic to Promoters, Directors, Associates, Relatives and Persons acting in concert.

To consider the applications received for issue of Redeemable Non-convertible Preference Shares on Preferential basis from Promoters, Directors, Associates, Relatives and Persons acting in concert and to allot the same as per the rules.

The stock closed the day at Rs.6.60, down by Rs.0.30 or 4.35%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.7.24 and low of Rs.6.45.

The total traded quantity was 3770 compared to 2 week average of 13491.
