Financial Technologies repurchases 1000 FCCBs

Financial Technologies India Ltd has announced that the Company has repurchased Zero Coupon Foreign Currency Convertible Bonds (FCCBs) aggregating to US$ 1 million at a discount of 37.76% on accreted value as per details mentioned below and shall extinguish the same.

The company has bought back 1000 Convertible Bonds and the total amount paid was USD 740,000.

The stock closed the day at Rs.548.55, up by Rs.27.85 or 5.35%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.562 and low of Rs.498.

The total traded quantity was 72179 compared to 2 week average of 45124.
