Firstsource Solutions cancels US$6 million worth FCCBs

Firstsource Solutions Ltd has announced with reference to the earlier announcement dated March 13, 2009, regarding the repurchase of Zero Coupon Convertible Bonds due 2012 ("Bonds") aggregating USD 17.9 million, that the Bonds aggregating USD 6.0 million have been cancelled.

The nominal amount of Bonds outstanding after this cancellation is USD 269.0 million.

The stock closed the day at Rs.12.37, up by Rs.0.54 or 4.56%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.13 and low of Rs.11.98.

The total traded quantity was 2127141 compared to 2 week average of 1423718.
