Suave Hotels to consider conversion of warrants on Mar 26, 2009

Suave Hotels Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on March 26, 2009, inter alia, for allotment of fully paid up Equity shares on conversion of Preferential Warrants issued under In principle approval for the allotment of preferential warrants accorded by the stock exchange.

The stock closed the day at Rs.12.24, up by Rs.0.74 or 6.43%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.12.40 and low of Rs.11.40.

The total traded quantity was 2190 compared to 2 week average of 1689.
