PVR Promoters to forfeit 12 lakh warrants

PVR Ltd has announced that M/s. Priya Exhibitors Pvt. Ltd, one of the promoters of the Company, has informed the Company vide their Letter dated March 17, 2009, about their intention of not exercising their right to convert 12,00,000 Warrants into equivalent number of Equity Shares of the Company.

The stock closed the day at Rs.72.50, down by Rs.2.90 or 3.85%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.76.50 and low of Rs.72.50.

The total traded quantity was 2301 compared to 2 week average of 10413.
