Moser Baer cancels 50 repurchased FCCBs

Moser Baer India Ltd has now announced with reference to the earlier announcement dated March 04, 2009, in relation to its repurchase of Foreign Currency Convertible Bonds ("FCCBs"). The company has bought back 50 FCCBs and cancelled following the repurchase.

Under tranche A, the company bought back 20 convertible bonds on March 04, 2009 for US$ 24,750 each and the total price paid was US$ 495,000.

Under tranche B, on March 04, 2009 the company bough back 30 Convertible Bonds each for US$ 24,000 and the total price paid was US$720,000.

The stock was trading at Rs.45.10, up by Rs.1.10 or 2.50%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.47.20 and low of Rs.44.20.

The total traded quantity was 578375 compared to 2 week average of 91052.
