Vardhman Textiles repurchases & cancels Zero Coupon FCCBs worth US$ 1 million

Vardhman Textiles Ltd has announced with reference to the earlier announcements dated December 24, 2008 and March 09, 2009 in respect of the buyback of Foreign Currency Convertible Bonds (FCCBs), that the Company has repurchased and cancelled FCCBs with face value of US $ 1,000,000.

The stock was trading at Rs.44.65, down by Rs.0.35 or 0.78%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.47 and low of Rs.44.50.

The total traded quantity was 13629 compared to 2 week average of 10735.
