Anjani Fabrics allots 3250000 Equity Shares on Preferential Basis

Anjani Fabrics Ltd has announced that the Company have allotted 32,50,000 Equity shares on March 14, 2009 at price of Rs 12.75 Per share (Face value of Rs 10/- + Premium of Rs 2.75) on Preferential Basis to the allottees as approved by the Members at the Extra Ordinary General Meeting Held on March 03, 2009.
