SR Oils & Fats allots 150000 preference shares

SR Oils & Fats Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on March 13, 2009, has allotted 1,50,000 compulsorily redeemable preference shares of Rs 10 each at a premium of Rs 80 per share on preferential basis.
