Firstsource Solutions Ltd has announced that the Company has repurchased Zero Coupon Convertible Bonds due 2012 ("Bonds") with an aggregate Face Value of USD 17.9 million.

The company has repurchased Zero Coupon Convertible Bonds with maturity of December 2012. The Nominal Amount of Bonds repurchased is worth USD 17.9 million Face Value.

The stock was trading at Rs.11.44, up by Rs.0.51 or 4.67%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.11.50 and low of Rs.11.15.
