Spanco to consider financing plan on Mar 17, 2009

Spanco Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on March 17, 2009, inter alia, to consider comprehensive financing plan for raising long term capital funds by way of various options including preferential / rights / FCCB issuance.

The stock was trading at Rs.18.75, up by Rs.0.85 or 4.75%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.19.95 and low of Rs.18.15.

The total traded quantity was 18233 compared to 2 week average of 81198.
