Mangalam Cement Ltd has announced that the Committee of Directors (CoD) of the Company at its meeting held on March 06, 2009, inter alia, have extinguished 71,726 Equity Shares purchased by the Company under Buy-back Scheme and held in 'ESCROW A/c Mangalam Cement Ltd - Buy-back'.

The stock was trading at Rs.51.95, up by Rs.0.85 or 1.66%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.52 and low of Rs.51.50.
