Softpro Systems converts partly paid shares

Softpro Systems Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on March 06, 2009, inter alia, have converted 150 partly paid Equity Shares of the Company into 150 fully paid up Equity Shares of Rs 10/- each.

The stock closed the day at Rs.60.90, down by Rs.3.10 or 4.84%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.76.25 and low of Rs.55.50.

The total traded quantity was 5007 compared to 2 week average of 2466.
