Mahindra & Mahindra repurchases FCCBs worth US$ 6.5 Million

Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd has announced with reference to the earlier announcement dated February 05, 2009 regarding cancellation of Repurchased Zero Coupon Foreign Currency Convertible Bonds due 2011 (FCCBs), that the Company has repurchased 65 FCCBs each of US$ 1,00,000 aggregating US$ 6,500,000 at a discount and the same have been cancelled upon repurchase.

The stock closed the day at Rs.311.35, down by Rs.3.15 or 1%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.319.35 and low of Rs.307.60.

The total traded quantity was 157107 compared to 2 week average of 251316.
