Singer India allots 38.5 lac shares to Singer BV

Singer India Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on March 03, 2009, inter alia, has allotted 38.5 lac equity shares of the face value of Rs 10 each to Singer (India) B.V against an amount of Rs 38.5 Mn. as per the order of the Hon'ble BIFR.
