Indo Amines to consider issue of 8.5 lakh warrants

Indo Amines Ltd has announced that the Preferential Issue Committee in its meeting held on February 26, 2009 convened an Extra Ordinary General Meeting to be held on March 26, 2009, to consider the proposal of increasing Authorised share Capital of the Company from Rs 8 Crores to Rs 10 Crores and approve the Consequent ional changes in Memorandum and Articles of Association.

To consider the proposal of issue of 8,50,000 convertible warrants on preferential basic.
