Moser Baer Cancels 55 repurchased FCCBs

Moser Baer India Ltd has now announced with reference to the earlier announcement dated February 18, 2009, in relation to its repurchase of Foreign Currency Convertible Bonds ("FCCBs"), that 50 FCCBs were cancelled following repurchase.

Under Tranche A, the company repurchased 55 convertible bonds on February 18, 2009. The Repurchase Price was (USD) 25,000 and Total Price was (USD) 1,375,000.

The stock was trading at Rs.49.45, up by Rs.0.80 or 1.64%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.58.10 and low of Rs.48.10.

The total traded quantity was 33162 compared to 2 week average of 102499.
