Renaissance Jewellery fixes Record Date for warrants

Renaissance Jewellery Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company has fixed "March 16, 2009" as the Record Date by passing the circular resolution on February 26, 2009 to ascertain the list of warrant holders eligible to exercise the warrants.
