Fortune Informatics allots 660,000 shares

Fortune Informatics Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on November 16, 2006 has allotted 660,000 equity shares on exercise of options by warrant holders in respect of warrants allotted in May, 2005 to:

1. Mr P Venkataratnam - 150,000 Equity Shares

2. Mr Tikam Sujan - 510,000 Equity Shares
