Singer India to consider BIFR order to allot shares on Mar 03, 2009

Singer India Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on March 03, 2009, for allotment of shares pursuant to BIFR order dated 28th for infusion of funds by promoters.
