Uflex Ltd has announced that the Company had issued Foreign Currency Convertible Bonds (FCCBs) of the nominal value of USD 85.00 million out of which FCCBs of nominal value of USD 68.6 million are outstanding.
Further the Company has informed that the Company intends to buy back the FCCBs for such amount and at such terms and conditions as may be determined by the Company at its sole discretion subject to the guidelines issued by the Reserve Bank of India.
The stock was trading at Rs.55, up by Rs.0.65 or 1.20%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.55.45 and low of Rs.54.50.
The total traded quantity was 3855 compared to 2 week average of 824.
