Moser Baer India Ltd cancels repurchased FCCBs

Moser Baer India Ltd has now announced with reference to the earlier announcement made by the Company in relation to repurchase of FCCBS, that the company has cancelled after the repurchase.

Under Tranche A, the company repurchased 25 bonds on February 16, 2009 at a repurchase price of US$ 24000 totalling US$ 600,000. On February 17, 2009, the company repurchased 40 bonds at a repurchase price of US$ 24,625 totalling US$ 985,000.

Under Tranche B, on February 16, 2009 the company repurchased 40 bonds at a repurchase price of US$ 24,093.75* totalling US$ 963,750. On February 17, 2009, the company repurchased 40 bonds at a repurchase Price of US$ 24,500 totalling US$ 980,000.
