Great Offshore to redeem OCRCPS

Great Offshore Ltd has announced that the Company had issued on September 07, 2007, 15,00,000 (Fifteen Lakhs) 10% Optionally Convertible Redeemable Cumulative Preference Shares (OCRCPS) of Rs 1,000/- (Rupees One Thousand only) each aggregating to Rs 150,00,00,000/- (Rupees One Hundred Fifty Crore only).

Further the Company has informed that the Company has decided to redeem the above mentioned OCRCPS, in tranches, together with accrued dividend thereon.

The stock closed the day at Rs.250, down by Rs.4.40 or 1.73%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.257 and low of Rs.248.15.

The total traded quantity was 20496 compared to 2 week average of 36053.
