Nakoda Textile allots 820000 equity shares upon conversion of share warrants

Nakoda Textile Industries Ltd has announced that the Company has issued and allotted 8,20,000 equity shares of the face value of Rs 10/- each for cash at a premium of Rs 10/- per share upon the conversion of 1,64,000 Share Warrants.

G P Shah Investment Pvt Ltd was allotted 2,25,000 equity shares, B G Jain Investment Pvt Ltd was allotted 2,25,000 equity shares, P B Jain Investment Pvt Ltd was allotted 2,25,000 equity shares and Nakoda System Pvt Ltd was allotted 1,45,000 shares.

Further upon conversion of Share Warrants as mentioned above equity shares, the paid up equity share capital of the Company has increased from 1,57,80,000 equity shares of the face value of Rs 10/- each to 1,66,00,000 equity shares of Rs 10/- each.
