Jubilant Organosys buys back FCCBs worth US$ 59 million

Jubilant Organosys Ltd has announced with reference to earlier announcement dated February 10, 2009, February 19, 2009 and February 23, 2009, that as advised by Company's Bankers, all the Bonds accepted by the Company for repurchase, have been cancelled.

3,000 Bonds due in 2010 of the aggregate principal amount of US$ 3.000 million.
453 Bonds due in 2011 of the aggregate principal amount of US$ 45.300 million.

The aggregate principal amount outstanding after cancellation of the repurchased Bonds is 49,657 Bonds due in 2010 with outstanding principal amount of US$ 49.657 million.

The aggregate principal amount outstanding after cancellation of the repurchased Bonds is 1,436 Bonds due in 2011 with outstanding principal amount of US$ 143.600 million.

The stock was trading at Rs.114, up by Rs.1.30 or 1.15%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.117 and low of Rs.113.50.

The total traded quantity was 5462 compared to 2 week average of 4703.
