Hotel Leelaventure still has outstanding FCCBs worth Euro 43.15 Million

Hotel Leelaventure Ltd has now announced with reference to the earlier annoucement dated on February 12, 2009, regarding repurchasement of Bonds, that the Company confirm that the bonds repurchased have been cancelled. The amount of Bonds outstanding after this repurchase and cancellation is Euro 43.15 Million.

The stock was trading at Rs.18.15, up by Rs.0.10 or 0.55%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.19.95 and low of Rs.17.30.

The total traded quantity was 389481 compared to 2 week average of 190655.
