Techno Forge to re-issue 125600 forfeited shares

Techno Forge Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on January 29, 2009, inter alia, has considered and approved re-issue of 1,25,600 Forfeited shares subject to approval of Shareholders.
