Marsons allots 4432100 shares

Marsons Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on February 23, 2009, inter alia, has taken the decision to allot 44,32,100 equity shares of Rs 2/- each of the Company at an exercise price of Rs 3.20 each were issued and allotted to Mrs. Charu Kotia, Executive Director and Promoter of the Company on private placement basis and in terms of SEBI Guidelines on Preferential Issue.
