Financial Technologies repurchases US$ 5.5 Million worth FCCBs

Financial Technologies India Ltd has announced that the Company has repurchased Zero Coupon Foreign Currency Convertible Bonds (FCCBs) aggregating to US$ 5.50 million at a discount of 37.45% on accreted value as per details mentioned below and shall extinguish the same.

The Company bought back 5500 Convertible Bonds by paying USD 4,068,125.

The stock closed the day at Rs.453.85, down by Rs.22.45 or 4.71%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.471.10 and low of Rs.451.

The total traded quantity was 33455 compared to 2 week average of 55182.
