Kadamb Constructions re-issue 522900 shares

Kadamb Constructions Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company have re-issued 5,22,900 (Five Lacs Twenty Two Thousand and Nine Hundred only) forfeited equity shares of Rs 10/- each at price of Rs 20/- per share at their meeting held on February 16, 2009.

The above shares have been re-issued out of the 13,26,900 forfeited equity shares remaining unsubscribed by the shareholders who have been offered total 23,55,200 forfeited equity shares at a price of Rs 20/- per share vide Letter of Offer dated December 12, 2008.

Out of the above unsubscribed 13,26,900 forfeited equity shares, the Company has already re-issued 60,500 shares at a price of Rs 20/- per share, again re-issued 7,43,500 shares at the same price of Rs 20/- per share.

Now, the Board of Directors have re-issued the entire balance of 5,22,900 (Five Lacs Twenty Two Thousand and Nine Hundred) at their meeting held on February 16, 2009.
