Capital Packaging withdraws from Freshtrop Fruits warrants issue

Freshtrop Fruits Ltd has announced that the Company has received a letter from M/s. Capital Packaging Pvt. Ltd the proposed allottees of 10,00,000 Warrants on Preferential basis, intimating its withdrawal from subscribing to the Preferential Warrants considering the change in the DIP guidelines by SEBI regarding the amount to be paid on application.

The stock was trading at Rs.17.10, up by Rs.0.80 or 4.91%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.17.10 and low of Rs.17.10.

The total traded quantity was 99 compared to 2 week average of 868.
