Nakoda Textile to consider conversion of warrants on Feb 21, 2009

Nakoda Textile Industries Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on February 21, 2009 to allot Equity shares upon conversion of Share Warrants allotted on August 24, 2007.
