Moser Baer to Repurchase FCCBs

Moser Baer India Ltd has announced that the Company has decided that it may repurchase a portion of its outstanding FCCBs, from time to time in accordance with applicable law. Such repurchase shall be effected subject to the availability of sufficient funds with the Company, subject to prevailing market conditions and compliance with applicable regulations.

The stock closed the day at Rs.61.75, up by Rs.0.75 or 1.23%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.63.95 and low of Rs.59.95.
