Avance Technologies to issue shares on preferential basis

Avance Technologies Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on November 11, 2006 has decided to allot shares on a preferential basis to various allottes as per the Preferential Issue Guidelines and subject to other clearances.
