Gemstone Investments to allot 1925000 shares

Gemstone Investments Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on February 09, 2009, has decided to allot 19,25,000 equity shares of Rs 10/- each on conversion of equity warrants which were allotted to various allotees in the Annual General Meeting dated September 29, 2009 on preferential basis.
