Shree Ashtavinayak Cine Postpones conversion of FCCBs into equity shares

Shree Ashtavinayak Cine Vision Ltd has announced with reference to the earlier announcement dated January 31, 2009 regarding Board Meeting on Feb 07, 2009, that one of the members of the Company has filed and obtained order for postponement of conversion of FCCBs into equity shares from Hon. Company Law Board (Western Region) Mumbai, vide Order dated February 05, 2009.

The stock closed the day at Rs.497.40, down by Rs.1.20 or 0.24%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.509.50 and low of Rs.493.90.

The total traded quantity was 42594 compared to 2 week average of 22736.
